If we were keeping at least 4 picks my hope was Demin, Coward, Raynaud, and Saraf. You had mentioned Traore' entering the draft, so I like that pick as well. Maxime remains a player I will watch, even though he slipped well into the second round(age related possibly).
Coward would have been a nice one obviously, though I will say I have some plans to compare him with Powell and if Drake can be put on a developmental track that has shades of what everyone loves so much in CC
I don't watch basketball nearly as much as I used to, but I did look at a lot of highlights of possible picks for the Nets since they had four picks (ended being five). However, I hadn't looked at Powell. I went back and looked at him a little after we drafted him and I am definitely encouraged. There is more ball handling than I thought. It is straight-line, but there is speed and he did a good job with nice bounce passes in transition. So I believe your comp to CC is apropos. Powell is even more athletic than Coward, the upside for him is more than I thought.
